the middle east revolves around gasoline

when you have a boil...do you suffer...or lance it?

if you suffer it...it can turn into

"About 18,700 people die in this country each year from drug-resistant
staph infections, according to a federal study released Tuesday — more
deaths than the United States sees from AIDS annually."

Are you seriously suggesting there is any wisdom behind Trump's plan to move the embassy to Jerusalem beyond pleasing a lot of powerful American Jews?

I was thhinking of the Spanish Inquisition.

Conversion efforts were redoubled, and by 1501 officially no Muslim remained in Granada. Encouraged by the success in Granada, the Castile's Queen Isabella issued an edict in 1502 which banned Islam for all of Castile. With the annexation of the Iberian Navarre in 1515, more Muslims still were forced to observe Christian beliefs under the Castilian edict. The last realm to impose conversion was the Crown of Aragon, whose kings had previously been bound to guarantee the freedom of religion for its Muslims under an oath included in their coronations. In the early 1520s, an anti-Islam uprising known as the Revolt of the Brotherhoods took place, and Muslims under the rebel territories were forced to convert. When the Aragon royal forces, aided by Muslims, suppressed the rebellion, King Charles I (better known as Charles V of the Holy Roman Empire) ruled that those forcible conversions were valid; thus, the "converts" were now officially Christians. This placed the converts under the jurisdiction of the Spanish Inquisition. Finally, in 1524, Charles petitioned Pope Clement VII to release the king from his oath protecting Muslims' freedom of religion. This granted him the authority to officially act against the remaining Muslim population; in late 1525, he issued an official edict of conversion: Islam was no longer officially extant throughout Spain.

While adhering to Christianity in public was required by the royal edicts and enforced by the Spanish Inquisition, evidence indicated that most of the forcibly converted (known as the "Moriscos") clung to Islam in secret. In daily public life, traditional Islamic law could no longer be followed without persecution by the Inquisition;

Matthew Paris, a St Albans chronicler of the early thirteenth century, claims that, in desperation, John sent envoys to al-Nâsir asking for his help. In return John offered to convert to Islam and turn England into a Muslim state. Among the delegates was Master Robert, a London cleric. Al-Nâsir was said to be so disgusted by John’s grovelling plea that he sent the envoys away.

it's not something i've seen in the book i'm now finishing but
it was congruent with the way they behaved back then...
eg, john's rebels were trying to get philip and/or his son
to invade britain while philip's rebels were likewise conspiring
with john...
there were certainly alliances of convenience christian/islamic
during the reconquista times...similar marriages can be seen even
in ww1...eg both sides trying to get turkey onside....

ON Question time last night Kate Andrews from the Adam Smith Insitutute saying Trump has made the right decison and that the Senate voted unanimoulsy to recognise Jewusalem as the Senate in 1995. Is she Jewish? Or is she just American? USA = Greater Judea. She also said returning IS fighters should be locked up in prison for the rest of their lives. Typically Ameircans are not only simple minded on certain international issues but but inhumane.

Isis is the most horible terroprist organisation yet to emerge in recent years, and it has had Israel's support. Zionist Jews wish good to nobody except Jews and are happy to wreak all sorts of destruction around themselves, behaving like the worst sort of parasite. Some may start to think they Himmler may indeed have had a point. Not that I would go that far.

Simple minded?

Isn’t that a bit generous?

Americans are as thick as a light year of short planks. Always have been,
always will be. Their only philosophy is “if you don’t like it, shoot
it”.

That is why they voted for the world’s dumbest narcissist as president.
Just wait until he starts having folk assassinated for the crime of not
agreeing with him; that is assuming he has not done so already.

Critics including the pope say Trump’s decision likely to inflame tensions

if you suffer it...it can turn into
"About 18,700 people die in this country each year from drug-resistant
staph infections, according to a federal study released Tuesday — more
deaths than the United States sees from AIDS annually."
Are you seriously suggesting there is any wisdom behind Trump's plan to move
the embassy to Jerusalem beyond pleasing a lot of powerful American Jews?
Unfortunately not.

Sadly, no one likes to think of the consequences of a US prezza telling
Israel to f*** off.

when you have a boil...do you suffer...or lance it?
if you suffer it...it can turn into
"About 18,700 people die in this country each year from drug-resistant
staph infections, according to a federal study released Tuesday — more
deaths than the United States sees from AIDS annually."

Defiant Trump confirms US will recognise Jerusalem as capital of Israel
‘My announcement marks the beginning of a new approach to the conflict’
Critics including the pope say Trump’s decision likely to inflame tensions
is he a snowflake?
the middle east revolves around gasoline
And how much does Israel pump out of their desert every year?
they are not involved....

israel is a more advanced state dealing further up the
market

Only dangerous because of Israel's existence, and the behaviour of the
people in it.

And you are an idiot. Now define this 'socialism' you seem obsessed
with, and then tell us how much of the land in Israel is state-owned?

http://www.abelard.org/briefings/socialist_religion.htm

israel's history is not congruent with most modern states...

the socialists parties have been out of power for a long time now...
the first 6 pms and most of the military leadership came from the
alleged left wing...

the left in israel is founded on the kibbutz movement...they often
refer to that as socialism but it is no such thing...it is
communalism more like the power of the monasteries of
europe's past...

but what the use of answering you?

you're an ignorant bigot with very little education and are
quite unprepared to learn

Not as dim as you are if you think that answer makes any sense.

Stop 'dodging', and answer the question. Define this 'socialism' you
seem obsessed with, and then tell us how much of the land in Israel is
state-owned?

I know the answer, Humpty, I'd just like to see you attempt to wriggle
out of the fact that it's pure socialism. The sort of pure socialism you
condemn everywhere else. Another wonderful example of Jewish hypocrisy.
