to Jimmy Carter, but I saw here (down the page in the comments)

Its easy to believe he said it (just look at israels behaviour, and he
was one of the original jewish terrorists in Palestine) but it would be
good to have a concrete reference of where and when (could have been a
regular occurrence...) it was said, and who heard it!

never have uttered.

What he did say however is "Arabs kill Arabs and
Jews get the blame." and that is as true today as
it was when he said it.
